Payment, Refund and Invoice Policy

Invoices & Receipts

Important: The service provider's service fees and hospital medical expenses are separate charges and may be invoiced by different entities.

Service Provider Invoice
The service provider may issue an invoice or receipt for service fees actually paid to the service provider, subject to applicable local tax and invoicing requirements.

Hospital & Medical Receipts
Hospital registration, consultation, examination, diagnostic, medication, treatment and other medical expenses are charged separately by the medical institution.

Invoices, receipts or other payment documents for hospital and medical expenses must be requested from the relevant medical institution and are not issued by the service provider.

Invoice Information
If an invoice requires a specific personal or company name, billing information or other details, the customer should provide the required information before the invoice is issued.

Invoice Corrections
Requests to correct or reissue an invoice are subject to applicable invoicing rules and whether the invoice has already been issued or reported for tax purposes.

Currency & Payment Records
Invoices or receipts are normally issued based on the actual transaction amount and currency received by the service provider. Foreign exchange differences, bank charges and payment processing fees may not appear as part of the service invoice unless required by applicable rules.
