Medical access is the core attraction
Lecheng can, under approved conditions, use certain overseas drugs and medical devices that are clinically needed but not yet registered for ordinary use elsewhere in China.
Service quality now matters as much as policy
Rapid growth creates pressure to improve interpretation, appointment coordination, medical-record review, insurance settlement, accommodation and post-treatment follow-up.
Growth statistics are not a medical recommendation
An 800% increase in visits demonstrates momentum, not clinical suitability. Treatment decisions should be based on diagnosis, evidence, physician advice and the patient’s individual risk profile.
