Why Combine TCM with a Beijing Holiday?
Beijing is an extraordinary city to explore, but visiting its major attractions can also involve many hours of walking.
The Forbidden City, Great Wall, Summer Palace and historic neighborhoods can all be physically demanding.
This program creates a different rhythm.
Sightseeing → Sightseeing → Sightseeing → Exhaustion
Instead, the journey is designed around:
Explore → Relax → Recover → Explore Again
Scheduled TCM wellness sessions are integrated into the itinerary so that cultural exploration and physical recovery complement each other.
You experience two important sides of China during the same journey:
China's extraordinary cultural heritage and its traditional approach to wellness.
