### Payment Policy

The service fee covers medical coordination and support services only, unless otherwise stated in the project description.

Hospital consultation fees, diagnostic tests, medications, hospitalization, surgery, CAR-T treatment, and other medical expenses are charged separately by the selected medical institution.

Payment instructions will be provided after the service request has been reviewed and accepted.

### Refund Policy

Cancellation requests submitted before any medical coordination work has begun may be eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on the circumstances.

Once medical record review, specialist coordination, hospital appointment arrangements, document translation, or other professional services have commenced, the corresponding service fees may become non-refundable.

Hospital fees, medical expenses, and third-party charges are subject to the policies of the respective medical institutions and service providers.

### Invoice Policy

Invoices or payment receipts for coordination services can be issued by the service provider where applicable and in accordance with local regulations.

Hospital invoices for consultations, examinations, hospitalization, medications, and medical treatment are issued directly by the respective medical institution.

Please contact the service provider if you require invoices for reimbursement or insurance purposes.
